I came in for an unexpected flat tire. The staff there was very helpful. In no time they were able to replace the tire and get me back on the road in hour. The pricing was fair and honest. The service was fast and friendly. A great family owned company in Lakewood, NY.

I bought a 2016 Subaru Forester from them around the end of January 2026. It had new tires and they had already inspected it. At the end of February it started making noise in the front end. I was fine with it needing bearings replaced as it is a used car. When I took it to a garage to have them replaced they found over $3000 worth of needed repairs. They told me it never should of passed inspection,that some of the tires were already down to the wear bars and it was unsafe to drive.When I called johnsons I was told it didn't need all that work and I should bring it in for them to fix but I would be responsible for paying the total amount. They wouldn't cover any of it. I decided to pass on their offer as I lost faith and trust in them. My son transported it via trailer to his house where he is repairing it for me. This use to be a great place to buy decent used vehicles for a fair price. My advice now is do yourself a favor and just drive on by.

Called here on a referral for a job and I also needed a couple things done to my car Ray answers the phone. He seemed very disconnected and it got worse as the call progressed he started repeating similar questions. He almost sounded drunk. He had some in the shop with it sounded like he spoke with that person for a couple seconds then got back on the phone and didn't seem to be able to transition properly like he needed a reminder as to what we were talking about. He finally decided he wasn't hiring stops talking but doesn't hang up a few seconds later he greets again as if he thought he was just picking up the phone. I'm not sure this guy is of a stable state of mind to fix cars

I am so impressed with Ray Sr. And his customer service!! Not only that he got my jeep in right away to fix a window that was broken, but he brought me home...5 miles. And then brought my jeep back to m yhouse when I t was repaired!! Such service!@ He even called around to find the best prices for the parts needed and the bill was 30.00 cheaper than he quoted me!! I am a customer for life...hoping I don't need them lol but if I do need repaired it will be there!! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

We live in Cleveland, but would rather bring our cars here to Ray and the team at Keystone every time. When I have problems they have come through, found the time to take care of my car, always professional, always courteous and always with a smile! Thank you.
