Got my car fixed here after a collision where my front driver side wheel was hit and completely slanted. They just did the mechanically repairs here. My wheel completely slanted again after three years of driving. I went in and asked if they could cover any of the damages because they out on brand new parts in that side. He told me he can’t because it’s been three years. Sounds like they don’t trust the workmanship for a car to be broken down on the same side i paid them $1,500 dollars to fix. My regular auto shop told me how the parts were all brand new and there should be no reason why they just broken down like that and that i should go to Tomasello and ask if there is some type of warranty that would at least get me new parts. He offered no help. Didn’t even look at the car to see what the problem was because he said it’s been three years. Even if it was 5 years why is my wheel completely slanted and not drivable with brand new parts that you installed? Edited: Since they responded. The car didn’t hit several curbs it hit one curb. Instead of offering help or even telling me that they can do an inspection to identify current problems he instead compared it to steaks saying “if i gave you a steak, you cant bring it back three years later if it goes bad”. Well even in that analogy there are four wheels in the car. Only the one you work on gets destroyed? Seems like you gave me the wrong steak..
