Chris, Derrick, and the rest of the crew did an outstanding job on my vehicle. They took care of my oil change, cabin filter, and engine air filter, and even hooked me up with 25% off. They had me in and out in less than 10 minutes while still helping other customers and working together as a team. What stood out most was their knowledge about vehicles and oils explaining the differences, detergents, longevity, and what would work best for my car. Chris also helped guide me toward future maintenance recommendations. Another bonus was that they speak Spanish, which was great because my wife speaks Spanish and it made communication even better. Months ago I came here and wasn’t satisfied, but with the crew here now, I can honestly say I see this place going far. Derrick, as the shop manager, stood out by the way he took care of and supported his crew. We need more managers like that. The shop was clean, everyone worked like a brotherhood, and they made me feel so welcomed that I almost felt like I was part of the team. You could genuinely feel cared for as a customer. 3 cars a head so a bit of a wait, no big deal. Once service was done car would not start, was running fine on the way in. Eventually starts, running rough, with a fast idle. They close the hood and guide me out. On the way home it starts bucking at red lights, wants to stall, check engine light goes on. I open the hood and hear the unmistakable sound of a vacuum line sucking. Something that should have been heard as soon as I started the car and a clear red flag to the mechanics. Took me 30 seconds to find a vacuum line they had knocked off and re-attach. Hopefully the only thing they messed up.

Received an oil change from this establishment and it was First class service. Quinton and the other two young gentleman were very professional and helpful. Great team work and communication. Quinton was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Highly recommend them. Will be a returning customer.

I took my vehicle to Take 5 Oil Change for what was supposed to be a simple oil change, and it turned into a complete nightmare. Shortly after the service, my transmission failed. What should have been routine maintenance ended up causing catastrophic damage to my vehicle. I have now been without my vehicle for three weeks, and it is still not fixed. Being left without transportation for this long has caused me to miss work and experience serious financial hardship. The worst part wasn’t just the damage — it was the way the situation was handled. The process of getting them to admit liability took far too long. During that time, I was stuck paying out of pocket for transportation and was not properly reimbursed. Instead of taking swift responsibility and helping resolve the situation, I was left stressed and scrambling. A simple oil change should never result in a destroyed transmission and weeks without a car. I trusted them with my vehicle, and this experience has been incredibly frustrating and costly. I strongly caution anyone considering going here. What happened to me should never happen to any customer.
