I cannot praise enough!!! I took my car to Sycamore Auto Repairs for an exhaust problem that had been bothering me for weeks. I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership/auto shop. The level of service and communication was far below expectations. The staff didn’t seem interested in helping or explaining the issues properly, and I felt like my time and money were not valued. After trusting them with my vehicle, the problem wasn’t resolved as promised, and I ended up spending more trying to fix the same issue elsewhere. The lack of honesty and professionalism was frustrating.
