Avoid this shop if you value your time, money, and peace of mind. I brought my vehicle in for a straightforward issue and left with more problems than I started with. The estimate I was given didn’t match the final bill, and no one bothered to clearly explain the extra charges before moving forward. That alone is a huge red flag. Communication was terrible. I had to call multiple times just to get updates, and each time I got a different answer. What was supposed to be a quick repair turned into days of delays with no accountability. The most frustrating part is that the original issue wasn’t properly fixed. After paying a significant amount, I had to deal with the same problem again shortly after. That’s unacceptable. Customer service was just as bad—dismissive, unprofessional, and unwilling to take responsibility. There are plenty of honest, skilled mechanics out there. This is not one of them.

Best Mechanic in WNY and honest and trustworthy people. My car shout down in the road and all mechanics around told me I need to get a new engine until I gave this shop a chance and it turned out I just needed a fuel pump!!!

These guys are awesome. Highly recommend. Simply put, they have helped me understand my options and they have fixed my cars up several times. They are honest and communicative, and I’m happy to offer this review without them having asked at all. They are good guys and great mechanics.
