Ugh! Time for an annual state inspection. I do my own routine maintenance work and I know that everything is perfect, but previous experiences have made me prepared for the shop to find BS faults requiring additional work and $$$. Also prepared to wait for hours or to drop the car off and get rides home and back to shop. So, time to try a new shop. Selected Service Drive because they basicaly invited patrons to book appointments on line and seemed interested in doing this mundane work. Also, customer reviews seemed legit and were overwhelmingly positive. So I made an on-line appointment for 11AM, arrived at 10:59 and was blown away when my car was ready at 11:10, inspection approved with no false problems to be resolved. The 10 minutes of waiting were in a clean and comfortable waiting room with restrooms, water and coffee. The staff was very pleasent and welcoming. The entire experience gave me confidence to put them first in line when I need some work I am incapable of performing myself.

I recently had to get a few things replaced and Brandon was very honest with me from the beginning and told me what was covered with the warranty, what wasn’t and what exactly would be my cost! I’m very glad they were able to diagnose and fix the issue bc every place was giving me different answers to my car’s issues! Wonderful service and nice guys!
View on GoogleEditing my review due to the atrocious "repairs" I just got when trying to get my car inspected. 1. Replaced rear brakes, rotors and calipers. • Forgot to connect passenger side calipers. • Ran the parking brake cord through the spring and shock absorber. 2.Replaced O2 sensor due to check engine light. • Twisted the downstream O2 sensor around the CV boot, stripping the wires and necessitating an axle replacement. • This also splattered grease all over the car, which must have been the smell I noticed and brought to their attention. They told me they didn't see any problem. • Determined afterwards that the exhaust line was severed. Was the O2 sensor even needed? Shoddy workmanship that put me in danger. Original review: Needed my a/c fixed and had to wait. They did it fast and cheap and the waiting room is very comfortable with cold water and coffee/hot cocoa. Best mechanic waiting room, to be sure.
View on GoogleMy experience here was great. I brought my car in for what I thought would be a quick fix, but it turned into an electrical issue that would require much more time to assess. I spoke with the auto tech personally and he was so nice, I wasn't talked down to and he apologized for the time I spent waiting as he wanted to make sure to check everything thoroughly (!!!). So I did opt to leave my car there for them to continue to diagnose, and I felt very comfortable doing so. I received a phone call the next morning detailing what they found, and I felt they really went above and beyond to offer both short and long term solutions and lay out all my options. They never tried to push any parts or services I didn't need, were respectful of my time, and were so pleasant to interact with. I was able to pick up my car days before I anticipated it being ready. I also felt prices were very fair. The whole experience was so good that my dad is considering bringing his cars here now too (:
