I spent $740 at this shop expecting my car to be fully ready for inspection. I explicitly told them to fix everything necessary so I could get my inspection sticker. They did some safety repairs but failed to fix a key issue, leaving my check engine light on. I still don’t have my inspection sticker, and they offered no real solution. They were quick to take my money, but they didn’t follow through on what I paid for. I went back, and nothing was resolved. Extremely disappointed. I will never return, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who wants honest, thorough service.

Very disappointing experience. I brought my own oil and oil filter, and they still wanted to charge me $50 just for a simple oil change. This is excessive and feels like taking advantage of customers. The pricing was unreasonable for the amount of work involved. I would not recommend this place and I will not be returning

Always have used Royal Auto for vehicle maintenance since living in Kenmore. Moe and Sam have always helped me out with all my needs for great prices. Happy to have them right around the corner from me. Thanks Royal Auto!

Royal Auto is absolutely fantastic!! Not only do they get you in for whatever repairs big or small that you need, but they are very kind, VERY fair and great with pricing, thorough and do excellent work! HIGHLY recommend!!
