RDA Buffalo

I recently had an oil change and an inspection at Right direction auto. My car was pulled in within 10 minutes of arriving for my 12 PM appointment and the service was excellent. The price was reasonable and I will go back there again.

I went to RDA for an oil change booking the appointment was super easy and fast I’ve had my vehicle for about 6 months and I haven’t had any problems with the vehicle and any slight problems that I did have they took care of it right away I would highly recommend RDA and big shout out to Jackie she’s been the best since day one 💯

I made an appointment to get a sway bar link replacement, wheel alignment and a control arm replacement. RDA made setting the appointment up very easy and the customer service was excellent. I was also in and out in a timely manner

I had a beautiful experience @ RDA. Jackie, my sales rep walked me right through every step. Even helped me get insurance bc I was having trouble finding some. She was right beside me through the whole process. Jackie's the best. I HIGHLY recommend RDA.. They do thourogh business..

Brought a used Toyota Camry in that I was considering to get for my daughter to get a pre purchase inspection. T and Jackie were very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend them!! Great customer service!!
