DO. NOT. COME. HERE!!! I recently went to this location to have some preventative maintenence on my timing belt and some needed updates to my headlights done to my car. I had picked up a rental for the week because it was cheaper and to give them ample time to complete the scope of work. When i called in later that week to check progress i was told the belt was done and they were working on the headlights. The car would definitely be done later that evening and ready for Friday. I called Friday and they said that the headlights were done but they were working on the belt and that it would be ready Saturday. I informed them i was at the end of my rental so this delay was gonna force me to extend my rental which i did. I called again and they needed to extend again. I had to extend my rental AGAIN. When i finally got my car back the manager DID give me a break on the bill considering the inconvience around the repair. When i finally did get my car back at pickup the guy told me that the ABS light on the dash was on but would clear after a few miles, and gave me a discount considering the inconvienence. I took his word, and was initially appreciative of the amendment. No longer. That was a mistake. It ABS light still hasnt cleared, almost a month later, and a trip to Advanced shows the code is for a faulty sensor. This was the easy part. Along with that error code i now ALSO have - .A power steering light on. (No error code) .The TCS (traction control) light is on (no error code) and i cant turn off the system. .The LDW (lane departure warning) light is on (no error code) and i cant turn off the system. My FCW (forward collision warning) is fully disabled (no error code) and it no longer senses objects in front of my car. Also this warning disables my odometer so i cant get updated info on my current milage, or fuel efficiency except at start up. My ignition no longer fully shuts the car off. Instead it puts the car in standby. So i have to depress the ignition TWICE to shut the car down. Still not done. A couple of days ago i started hearing some scraping noises coming from the car, mostly while turning. I looked but couldnt find anything that could be making the noise. A few days later i noticed my bumper was sagging, and hanging lopsided. When i got down there to see what was causing it i found that not a single under pinning insert had been clipped back in. All the pieces of my underpinning were haphazardly secured by zip ties. So now as i drive the constant wind drag, or vibrations pull/shake those pieces and my bumper loose to the point my tires are shredding some of them, causing excessive wear on my tires and i now risk losing the bumper and underpinning while driving. I have to get down and adjust it multiple times throughout the day to make sure it stays in place. Completely unacceptable level of professionalism and quality of repair. Stay away. FAR. AWAY. You have been warned.

I purchased some Pirelli tires and RTX R-SPEC rims with tire pressure sensors and they got me in and out promptly. These guys know what they’re doing and very knowledgeable. Absolute great service.

I had snow tires installed. Work was not performed as requested!! Tires were mounted inside out (tires were marked) and not rotated as I had requested. They charged 50% more than I paid in the springtime to have summer tires put on. I contacted another location while they were doing the repair. Their price was 50% cheaper!!! Not only was I charged more, the job was not done correctly!!! Notice in the picture that the markings are on the outside, not the inside of the tires. They are on the same axle and not rotated as requested!!

My appointment today was for 9 am for an oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. I was there waiting for 2 and a half hours. When I brought my vehicle in for the appointment, they told me it should be about 30 to 40 minutes. The mechanic at least acknowledged to the guys at the front desk that I had been waiting a long time. I never received an apology or an explanation as to why it took so long. I'm trying to understand how this happened when my inspection receipt was time stamped at 9:29 AM. The services still cost me $131 and 2 and a half hours of my life. This is extremely unacceptable.

0 stars. If there was a rating lower than zero they would've earned it. I've been to this location 3 seperate times because it's close to home. I've never been out in less than 3 hours, regardless the job. Each time in I've witnessed multiple people complain about the long wait. On this particular occasion I was there to get 4 new tires, should be quick. 3 hours later I'm finally leaving. After a brief drive I realized they forgot to put air in one of the tires, 9 psi. Reluctantly i filled it but now the car shakes significantly when over 40mph. When I called about the issue I was told (at 445) that all the mechanics leave at 5pm not 7 when the shop closes (which I later confirmed was a lie). When I asked to speak to a manager they declined. Still no resolution. Beware.
