⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Top-tier service. Real people. Real respect. Huge shout-out to Garrett and Brandon at Monro Muffler Brake & Service on Main Street 🔧💪 I stopped in with questions about getting an oil change on an Enterprise rental when Enterprise couldn’t fit me in right away. Instead of brushing me off, Garrett and Brandon took the time to actually explain my options, broke everything down clearly, and did it with patience and kindness 🙏 They told me to come back the next morning at 9am and assured me they’d get me in and out as fast as possible ⏱️🚗 No pressure. No attitude. Just solid communication and good energy. You can tell right away these guys take pride in their work and how they treat people. Professional, respectful, and genuinely good dudes 👊😄 This is how auto service should be done. Highly recommend. Boss-level crew. 🛠️🔥

Great service from start to finish. I had a short time frame before needing to return to work. My NYS inspection was completed quickly. Chris & technician were professional and welcoming. It’s nice to find a shop that respects your time. Highly recommend!

I had some concerning engine warnings on my car today and Brandon was able to get me in almost immediately. He was kind, efficient, and gave his honest opinion, which was that the car did not need any servicing other than a bolt being tightened (which he did for me) at this time. As a female in a car shop, I do tend to feel taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge; did not feel like that at all today. I will definitely go back when I do need servicing and recommend this to anybody looking for car servicing.

Monroe and the team were great to work with. I had a flat tire that had to be towed in. They were able to repair the tire. They saved me a lot of money. They moved quick and communicate communicated well.

Service was quick and staff was friendly for the most part- the thing that frustrated me is I called ahead to make an appointment due to a nail in my tire and when I showed up (15min early just in case) I was met with attitude and was told it would be hours before they could get to my car. I don’t know why they would tell me they had an available appointment for a certain time if it wasn’t true. Anyway, I needed to wait there so I did some studying- there is space to sit and wifi is available. They were able to get to my car earlier than they said so I appreciated that and all my interactions after the very first conversation when I walked in were pleasant. They were able to patch my tire pretty quickly, I was just thankful I didn’t need it replaced!
