Fantastic new ownership—honest, skilled, and customer-focused! I’ve been a regular at this shop for a while, but I recently learned it’s under new ownership. I went in to have a service light reset and I couldn't be more impressed with the new owner. He didn't just clear the light; he took the time to introduce himself and chat. Since we happen to drive the same vehicle, I showed him some sun damage on my dashboard that I’d been quoted $7,000 to replace elsewhere. Instead of trying to sell me an expensive part, he offered to try and 'press out' the wrinkles for a small fee, being very honest that he wasn't 100% sure how it would turn out. A few hours later, I picked up the car and the improvement was huge—it looks so much better! The new owner is fantastic. He took on a difficult dashboard repair that other shops wouldn't touch. Because it was an experimental fix, he was incredibly generous with his time and rate just to ensure I walked away happy. Truly an honest shop that prioritizes the customer relationship. If you’re looking for a shop you can actually trust, this is the place. I’ll definitely be staying on as a customer!

My young sister’s car broke down and she had it towed to the closest shop, which was miracle mo. I was at work and unable to get her, so I was a little nervous how a new mechanic I had never been to would treat her and possibly rip her off. Mr Moe was so nice with her and fixed her car within a day. He was more than fair price-wise and explained everything well to us. I was so impressed how nice and helpful he was with her. If I could give 10 stars I would!! I will definitely be bringing my car here from now on!!

ALL I CAN SAY is this shop is AMAZING. No bias. I just moved back to Buffalo from Nashville, and my car had been sitting for over a year from an accident that took out my front right wheel. They fixed everything reliably and made me feel peace of mind while fixing. As other shops couldn't fix the noises. They even helped me work out a credit pay. Highly recommended. I even took a picture with the owner after 'Moe', and told him I would leave a nice review from his work!

Mo is the best mechanic ever. Especially if you have a foreign car. He is extremely efficient and always there when you need him. If I could give him more than five stars, I would. highly highly recommended. His shop is absolutely immaculate and his staff is awesome also. Don’t go anywhere else. Give Miracle Moe a call before you decide to go anywhere else. He is definitely the best.

I was having problems with my audi a few weeks back, they did a diagnostic. They took their time and dedication and I gotta say they are amazing i have my truck back and it's absolutely out of this world drives like a dream. I definitely will be going back to them again , thanks , guys
