View on GoogleStopped in on a Sunday after running over a nail. The staff was incredibly helpful in making sure I got the right tire, even though they didn’t have it in stock, and letting me know they would have it the next day. They also removed the flat and put the donut on knowing that leaving a car there overnight wasnt ideal for our situation. As promised the tire arrived the next day, they called me right away and provided a speedy installation. Great group at this location!

Dan is the man he makes sure his customers are taken care of and happy when we leave. Dan is a excellent manager and always showes impeccable customer service, and his team giving quality service 👏 👍 I always refer my friends and family to Dan the Man for there auto needs.. By the way Dan should be a trainer of new hire managers Dan should be the one they shadow for expert training. DAN IS A KEEPER.. and what a great personality and smile. Delaware Mavis is best a customer because of Dan the Man.
View on GoogleArrived there at 7:55am. Doors weren’t open, normal of course. As I walk up I see two individuals standing and one exiting his car. When doors opened I was third in line. Inspections typically take 30 minutes. So I was fine with waiting an hour. As I arrived they allowed someone to skip the line, cool, now hour and a half wait. Still fine. My turn, give him my name number he cannot find me. Person helping me is the manager. Someone else gets the make and model and color from me to get the plate. Manager says as “soon as we get the plate I’ll take care of you.” I step aside. Man returns with wrong plate. Returns outside to go get it again. Takes his time. My time is precious so I leave to get the plate myself. Only to witness the gentlemen writing down another wrong plate. So I write mine and return. Expecting to be called to the front. No. I wasn’t. They catered to the remaining individuals then me. Great woke up early to be in the back of the cue, fantastic. No one apologizes. I’m visibly upset. Noone makes it better. I leave and took my business elsewhere. I come there all the time with my care troubles. Not anymore.
View on GoogleI did not know today while entering mavis discount tires that my life would change. Stepping through the doors I noticed my left arm started hurting, but I needed new tires so I didn’t think much of it. over the course of my time there my pain progressed to a point where one of the service technicians, Jeff, helped me sit down and gave me some complimentary water. Things took a turn when my heart rate got to a concerning rate(shout out Apple Watch). From this point forward I don’t remember what happened, but from what I was told I began to have a cardiac event. Jeff, whilst changing my tires, took notice of this and began to check my pulse and yelled for an ambulance. In the meantime, however, he began compressions and continued on his own until emts arrived on scene. I have to thank Jeff for keeping me alive, as I don’t know what would have happened had he not. when I came back from the hospital and had to eventually pick up my car, he had told me that he was coming out because he had already finished changing my tires. That was all in ~40 minutes!! Not only was he a fantastic technician, but he saved my life!! That kind of service can’t be beat
