Great experience from start to finish. The team was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to properly diagnose and fix my car. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work. The repair was done right and at a fair price. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic

Even that one star is too much credit for this place. I can't stress this enough, 'stay away from this place' ! Yes your always going to get someone who thinks differently, but for the MOST part, go somewhere else. If you go there, check at home or whatever and look to see if the work was done as he told you. Got me twice and at least $700 for nothing to show. That hurts and I really should take him to 'small calims court' He can do good work but has his shortcuts. Wait till early afternoon and that so called music will heard across town. I don't get it. The waiting room, a dog kennel is cleaner. I don't enjoy cutting this place down, it was truly that bad. The 'cat' visit was the only highlight. Please, please, please, find somewhere else.

Do not go here if you care about your car in any way. I knew better than to go to a shady auto shop but needed my car back fast. That was a mistake. Went in for just one new tire as mine went flat the night before. I got there at open and sat for 30 minutes past open before the owner came to open it up. First red flag. One guy was nice and asked what I needed and showed him the tire and proceeded to tell me to drive my own car in. They lifted the jack with me in the car still which I thought was pretty weird. Another red flag. I get there first, yet they work on some other persons car first, but I'm patient, so I don't really care. They put the new tire on eventually and set my car down. They hand me a receipt that says the new tire is what it should be 245/50 r18. I actually look at the tire a day later, and it's actually a 245/45 r18, which, if you know literally anything about tires, isn't good. How are you a tire shop and you can't even give the customer the correct size? I thought of going back and expressing this, but they'll probably hold me hostage on the lift again and do whatever they please to my car. If you're looking for a quick cheap fix until you go to an actual credible shop that knows basic stuff, then this is your place. Literally zero communication as well. Felt like I was doing the owner a disservice just by being there. If you don't want to fix $1000 issues later on, do not entrust them with your vehicle even if you're desperate. Edited: Showing a photo since they're saying I'm lying. They changed the back tire.

Record breaking work!! Ali at Lovejoy tyres & auto repair is one of the most decent hard working and honest people I know. Brilliant service, friendly hard working staff and got my vehicle fixed in less than 24 hours after it broke down. Staff love their jobs and you can tell he takes care of his people. So happy I’ve found a reliable honest mechanic. It means a lot when you’re from out of town!

They charged me 40 dollars for a 21 dollar inspection without checking anything. And when I ask why they stated a convenient fee for me having to wait for them to check anything. They are over taken money from anyone that goes there!!!!!! WHAT A WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS TO STEAL FROM PEOPLE!!!!!!
