Just Fix It

My Chevrolet was having major engine misfires and I wanted to try a shop closer to me to avoid towing and i can't stress this enough, literally the best auto shop experience ive ever had. I assumed I needed a whole new car 🤣 but he diagnosed the issue down to some very worn spark plugs and a bad coil. Even during the whole process he communicated everything and was very informative and it literally eased my worry and stress not having to guess whats going on. Honestly gained a customer for life, will recommend this place to anyone who will listen. I can tell they love cars and what they do.

Listen man Lou is the truth! I was referred to him by a different car shop because other than being one of the best mechanics in buffalo he’s a BMW specialist! I have a bmw 550i , my dream car and I won’t take it to just anyone. I was shocked by Lou’s knowledge and professionalism. I pulled up to his shop and right after he was finished with another customer he immediately got my car on a lift and found the issue I had. I needed my front axle repaired. After two dealerships gave me 2 different diagnostics. I needed a new passenger axle. He ordered the bmw specific part & got my car running back to feeling I had when I drove it off the lot! And led I went to the dealer I would have paid 10 times the amount that Lou gave me! Worth every penny. Will be a customer for life! #Justfixit

Had my rear brakes done quickly and at a fair price. He knows his stuff and let me know I’ll need new rotors soon without pushing me to buy them right away. Honest and solid work, definitely recommend.
