You guys have done some work on a previous vehicle of mine years ago.. And also recently about two weeks ago. I had a fuel pump replaced by your mechanic T.J. I had to bring my vehicle back in the very next day via tow truck because T.J. did not either, properly connect the fuel lines or seal the O ring, which caused all of my gas to leak out. He fixed his mistake and we agreed that he would replace my upstream oxygen sensor. (I brought it back to him off the strength of giving him the benefit of the doubt because we all have bad days sometimes, also because he has done previous work on my vehicle which I was pleased with). When it was time for me to bring my vehicle in for the oxygen sensor to be replaced, he told me to be there at a specific time in which I was running maybe 10 minutes late. I communicated that to him. He told me that he was not at the shop at that moment anyways and to give him about 30 minutes because he needed to make a run. Since I was already in that area I did not mind waiting a little while. Well 30mins turned into an hour.. in which he still did not show so I left. He then contacted me and told me to bring my vehicle back the next day so that he can do the job. I was hesitant but I agreed. When I came into the shop, he looked at me and said “oh I completely forgot you were coming in today”. At that point I was frustrated because how do you forget an appointment set also after being unprofessional with having me wait an hour + the previous day. I made him aware that I did not appreciate waiting that long which I had every right to state my opinion, ESPECIALLY when I am spending hundreds of dollars in total with your establishment. I guess he became upset because I expressed my frustration. I stated that he needs to be more professional while working at a business establishment. He then told me that I could go elsewhere to get my vehicle fixed. (In which I did) however, I thought that this was very rude seeing that he was the one who inconvenienced me. No apologies no nothing..Before leaving, I asked the owner could someone else work on my vehicle for all of the inconvenience that he has caused me? The owner’s response was “I rather not because I rather not deal with an attitude”…YES I was visibly upset however, I was not rude or cursing or anything of that nature. I stated to the owner that if your employee has made mistakes to inconvenience me, someone should be able to accommodate me. I thought that was the professional way. Instead, the owner got snippy with me and told me “no he would not fix my vehicle” , rather than taking accountability and to make sure that his customers were happy and satisfied. And just to clarify, I did not take my vehicle to numerous other shops previously. I only consulted with T.J. So my review stands and it is very honest. I do not recommend this place to anyone because if someone has an issue with one of the mechanics or just overall don’t expect for the owner to solve it he’s just going to get an attitude and become defensive. Very unprofessional shop.

Great, honest car repair service!!!

This is a great place for any kinds of car maintenance. They inspect your vehicle and give you a list of problems that need to be fixed. They give you an estimate ahead of time so you can decide if you want to go ahead with the procedure. The people are very friendly and trustworthy. They care to explain everything. The woman who sits in the front is amazing. I went there several times. Really good place.
