The Quintessential Fine Dining Automotive Experience I could write a novel. Got in an accident, phoned, spoke with Dan... Incredibly helpful. He phoned the insurance company for me (IN has relationships with many insurance companies) and the rental car place; Dan took care of everything. IN even drove me to / from Car Rental place. Fast. Efficient. Effective. Professional. Courteous. Friendly. I now officially have a new mechanic and collision shop -- they do it all (even transmissions). I had a little rust in the corners of my doors and I phoned Dan, "Any way you can touch that up while it's in there for repairs?" $100. Awesome. When I picked up the car, there was even a little bottle of extra matching paint in my center console. Well, I needed some front end work done (Suspension, Ball joints; Stabilizer, Alignment) so I phoned Dan: "Since you already have the car and I already have a rental..." No problem. Two extra days. Saved me an entire trip / rental later. This is just the tip of the iceberg; I could go on-and-on. There's a reason this shop has such stellar reviews. THANK YOU to the entire IN team. I appreciate and will recommend you. Hats off to 'old-school' service.

Two months later, I had to edit my review to one star. I primarily live out of state and I needed to get my brake pads changed while staying in Buffalo, and went here on recommendation. I was called halfway through the day to be told that my calipers needed to be replaced and that the work was already done and now my bill was more than double what was anticipated. Because I could not pay for this outright, I requested that we go through my extended warranty. I was not aware that parts were aftermarket, Which subsequently voided my warranty. After about two weeks, I started to get parking brake malfunction notifications intermittently and I brought my car back in and I was told that brake fluid was leaking into my actuator and that they replaced the actuator. My car was OK for about another two months, but it was slowly leaking brake fluid. I had to bring it to my primary shop out of state who told me that now my extended warranty is voided and it’s going to cost me over $2000 to replace the faulty calipers that were installed by this shop and my actuator would also need to be replaced because it was full of break fluid. I reached out to the shop and they gave me the runaround and were not being honest about either putting in faulty calipers, or that they probably broke the calipers when they replaced my brake pads in the first place. Toyota in my home state said they have never seen brake fluid leak into the actuator before and suspect sketchy activity from this shop. I think this shop knew what had gone wrong the whole time and knew brake fluid would continue to leak, and just weren’t being honest with me about it since I was leaving Buffalo soon after the work was done. So ultimately, I had to spend $2000 out-of-pocket on top of what I spent at this shop to fix the problems that they made.

I had an amazing experience with IN Collision & Auto Repair. This has honestly been one of the friendliest and most considerate auto repair shops I’ve ever been to. From start to finish, their attention to detail was outstanding. The customer service really stood out—they kept me informed with consistent updates, which gave me a lot of peace of mind throughout the process. On top of that, the quality of the work was excellent. My car came back looking incredible, and you can tell they truly take pride in what they do. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and genuinely caring service!

Brought my vehicle here. Thought it was the alternator. Found out that it was a serpentine belt that broke. Matthew did everything to make me feel comfortable, to reassure me that he will work with my warranty and everything will be handled professionally. I was very impressed on how he kept in contact with me. Sent me pictures of everything in detail and even when a small little mishap happened, he was quick to get in touch with me. They were able to repair it quickly. Definitely going to come back for any other repairs. I'm very happy I was referred to this place. Great job, crew!

Had a fuel leak from the top of my sending unit that basically rusted out. Matt was able to respond quickly to resolve the issue as soon as possible unlike the major service center that offered an appointment over a week later despite having purchased 2 vehicles and having them serviced there. In Service was prompt, accommodating and professional. Thank you Matt and you're employees!!
