Gabe's Collision

I never had to deal with any collision or car damage before, I never really was invested when my parents had to deal with it either so going into dealing with insurance and making claims and things of that nature I was, completely overwhelmed and unsure. I did some research, reddit and other things of that nature and came across Gabes while finding a shop to trust. I can confidently say that they make it stress free and hassle free. They knew exactly what the insurance was going to need and how the process with the insurance company would go. I was able to call, they told me "Hey, XYZ things are going to happen, when this happens, do X" and word for word thats what happened withthe insurnace. They are very knowledgeable. Even when just doing the pre-examine of my car to give the insurance an estimate they spotted some damage I didnt even notice at first and that gave me confidence they were going to fix it and not leave out a bracket or something that some places might find useless to save a few bucks. Sure enough, I got my car back in beautiful condition not but a week later and they even detailed the inside for me (Vaccumed, wiped everything down, exa, even the spot my elbow sat on the door was cleaned off) as a courtesy. I had little rubber mats in each pocket of the car, they were all placed back in the right spots and everything instead of just piled for me to do after getting it back. (Note: they even advised they were short a person when explaining the paint repair and such of my car and still did this for me, while short staffed) I would recommend this place any time, to anyone. Especially if youre an first time person dealing with insurance like I am/was. Im horrid with names, but to those who all worked on my vehicle, Ihope you all get credit you deserve! Thank you guys so much! Oh, P.S they even remembered who I was and called me by name when arriving, so, they are much better at remember names than I am lol

I took my car here when I now former friend caused 8k worth of damages by driving into a guard rail in a parking lot. Took my car here to get fixed. Craig and everyone was just so incredibly nice, professional, and helpful. They did a beautiful job on my car (they even detailed it, which was am added bonus). Best of all, I really liked that I was able to track my progress on their app

The end of September 2025, I took my 2025 Honda Pilot Black Edition to Gabe's after getting estimates ftom 4 different places. Gabe's on Genessee St. gave me a median estimate, but I decided to go with them not because of the great price but because of the high customer reviews and testimonials. Steve was my appointed handler, and he was wonderful to work with. He is straightforward, knowledgeable, and highly dependable. I was well-informed of the status of my car on a daily basis, and the repair was finished and ready for me on the day that Steve quoted. I even needed some PDR work done, and Steve's team did a wonderful job on that as well. My car looks like it was never hit. It looks brand new again. They say you can't uncrash a car, but Steve and his team at Gabe's managed to get so incredibly close it is as if it never happened. I write this review to express my thanks and appreciation to Steve and his team at Gabe's Collision.

I dropped my car off on Friday afternoon 9/12/25 after a hit and run, and I was able to pick it up this morning 9/17/25. The process was seamless! Gabe’s had my car looking brand new in just 3 days!!! Thank you so much for your amazing work and great customer service! 😊 Haylie

Hit a deer with my truck. Gabe’s was fast, thorough and professional. Staff I dealt with were all very friendly and helpful. Hope I never need em again but if I do, this location of Gabe’s will be my request. Excellent work
