I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Firestone on Niagara Falls Blvd on the morning of June 2. I came in with a tire that had a nail in it and needed either a patch or plug. I was very clear about the issue, and based on the location of the nail, I knew the tire was likely repairable. I was told it could not be repaired because of where the nail was located. Trusting their professional opinion, I agreed to replace the tire. What happened next was what really bothered me. The employees spent several minutes whispering to each other and staring in my direction. During that time, they never appeared to move my vehicle or begin any work. Then I was called over and told that not only did I need a new tire, but that all four of my tires supposedly needed to be replaced because none would pass New York State inspection. My vehicle is a 2024 lease with only about 10,000 miles on it. The tires are in excellent condition aside from the nail in the one tire. The claim that all four tires suddenly needed replacement was absurd. The entire interaction felt like an attempt to take advantage of a young woman who needed help and might not know better. That is not how any reputable business should operate. I had them put my original tire back on and left. Less than 20 minutes later, I went to another shop. They patched the tire in about 20 minutes and confirmed that the repaired tire and my other three tires were all in great condition. The contrast between the two experiences was unbelievable. I hope Firestone management takes a serious look at how customers are being treated at this location. The employees working that morning should be ashamed of themselves. I would never return and would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any major tire work they suggest.

Made appt and Adam took the auto right on time. Excellent service and was in and out less than one hour. Love this location along with Anthony and Adam and will go nowhere else! Keep it up guys and will refer this location to friends and family.

Anthony and Jeff are perfect! Always professional, helpful and easy to talk to. I really can’t think of any way (literally) that they could possibly improve. This has got to be the GREATEST STORE IN ‘MERICA!

Professional, honest, and great customer service I highly recommend this location! They helped me from FL with oil change and assisted with brakes , rotors The Manger Anthony was able to rectify a mistake done in another location. they went above and beyond to make it right Thank you

Very very bad experience. I had a 10 :00 appointment for brakes and once arrived I was told they r running behind due to there was only one mechanic and another should b in soon. It might b a two hour wait. I said that’s fine. I will wait here.do after that time goes by I go up to ask how much longer and says a little while . Again I said ok. I always had to go to him to asked about time. He never had the courtesy to come tell me what’s going on. So again I wait and then was told that I needed pads and rotors front and back. And my battery was getting low .. I asked for a price and given price then I greeted to have it all done. Now another hour and half goes by and again I go up to ask how long. Then I was told that something was rusted a bolt or something and that they had a hard time getting it off. So I waited some time then goes back up there then I was told that the wheel was rusted and that they had to scape something off and that it would take another hour and a half. I told him u have to b kidding me. He walked away and said no I am not . Poor poor communication.when I am paying over a thousand dollars and get moments of don’t care attitude. I didn’t get out of there until after 3:00. I had to give someone else to pick up my grandson and I was late for work… I am so so disappointed in Firestone. If they only had one mechanic then they should’ve scheduled appointments it was another lady that was also waiting and her appointment was at 11 and it was a tire fix??? And she was still there when I left. After 3..
