I wanted to take time and give props to both Allison (manager) and Chuck (mechanic). I have been bringing both 2010 and 2020 Hyundai vehicles and I have been met with excellent service and work EVERYTIME. Thank you guys for taking care of our vehicles, we truly appreciate it. I drive over 25 min to come to this location due to the excellent service provided. This has been consistent since 2025 when we started coming out this way, again, thank you! Alignment Tires Oil change This services cost of much less than at dealership with the highest quality of service! Talk about alignment LIFETIME!! Impressive!

If you guys don't want to work just say so. Did a full replacement of my front suspension and brakes. Mind you, I always tighten everything down to the exact ft-lbs so that the manufacturer recommends so nothing comes loose. Took my truck here for an alignment. You guys proceeded to tell me you could because the "tie rods were shot" (They aren't, they are brand new quality ones.) "There was holes in the frames" (My truck is from the rust belt, but I just passed inspection, FROM A DEALER, and they said the frame was flawless besides the rust) and everything was loose (I work in aerospace, I know what happens if stuff comes loose, also, EVERYTHING was torque down to the manufacting specs and locktite was applied where needed). But you, you had no problem eating the free donuts I gave y'all. What a joke.

Terrible customer service. Extremely long wait times with very prices. They had 2 girls in there for 3 hours for an oil change. There's is a massive lack of knowledge in there shop. Very unprofessional "techs". They lie about issues with your vehicle and immediately try to sell work that is not needed despite not having fixed the original problem. If your gonna steal people's money the very least you can do is spare them the time you waste. Im telling everyone I know about my terrible experience at firestone and I will be showing everyone how many 1 star reviews they have with basically the same story. Paid for work and didn't get it done. Lied to about specific parts and refusing to show proof of work done. Based of the reviews also im reporting to BBB. Go somewhere else!
