Dunn Tire & Auto

I came in without an appointment on a sat morning due to a punctured tire. The guys at the desk were courteous, professional and fun. I was in and out in a very reasonable time Period. I never bought tires from Dunn before. Would certainly go back.

I went to Dunn tire on Delaware for a slow leak in my driver side rear tire. When the gentleman came into the waiting room to say what they found, it didn’t involve the tire at all. I was told my oil was dirty and coolant level was low. I asked if they found a problem with the tire since it didn’t mention on the multi point inspection. He had to talk to the tech in which case he found a nail and repaired it. What concerns me is that every customer in the waiting room was told other problems with their car when they came there for tire issues. What concerns me even more is that I had my oil changed at the dealer less than 2000 miles ago. I than proceed to check the coolant level myself, which was at the max level in the reservoir. Please use this as a teaching opportunity and tell your staff to not upsell for items that don’t need to be fixed. I don’t think I’ll be returning. Please see the attached photos.

Really amazing. Stopped to have a tire repaired. Ended up getting an oil change, inspection, and a rotation All were scheduled at my dealership the following week.Much better price here along with the tire repair. Everyone was super friendly and everything was done in about an hour and a half.

Impressed, yet again, with the friendly service and amazing price at Dunn Tire. No charge at all for fixing a tire with a two inch nail in it! Got an inspection in the process, for a small fraction of what the dealer would have charged. Great service!

Dunn Tire made my life easy the day my car battery died. It was the last work day before a holiday. I called them in the morning to ask to come in after jump starting it for a battery check. They let me come in right away. After diagnosing the battery at the end of its useful life, they installed a new one and my car was fixed in just an hour. They even gave me a small discount for being a regular customer.
