Delta Sonic Car Wash & Oil Change

Amazing car wash! Super quick, super clean, and very friendly service. Coby G and Matt W went out of their way to help me with a car mess emergency in the interior. They were helpful, compassionate, and efficient. And my car is now sparkling clean and smells great! Although this is not the closest location to my home, I will literally go out of my way to get my car cleaned there again. Also the wait was short, and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. Thank you, Matt and Coby!

Premier detail was done today my car was pretty bad so overall Matt w did amazing there was a couple spots he missed and my rugs where soaked but compared to how I brought it in big improvement and I didn't catch the guys name at the gas station with the long hair but he has amazing customer service

I live on Avery Ave., same side as D.S., stopped by today and asked for help, Emma, was incredibly patient, kind, and went above and beyond to assist with my dilemma. She balanced the pressure of a challenge, while managing the traffic of customers so smooth. The crew tonight was great..came back and tipped all 3 of them 20.00 each, because they deserve it, working hard, outdoors in Buffalo is no easy feat. Respect to them! Formal Complaint – Delta Sonic Car Wash (Delaware Location) I visited the Delta Sonic car wash located in Delaware to wash my vehicle. Immediately after the wash was completed, I noticed that my car had multiple scratches all over the body, which were not present before entering the car wash. The condition of the car before the wash was very good, and the scratches are clearly the result of the car wash equipment or brushes. This level of damage is completely unacceptable, especially from a well-known company that is expected to protect customers’ vehicles and maintain proper quality standards. I reported the issue to the staff on site right away, but unfortunately, I did not receive proper cooperation or a clear acceptance of responsibility, despite the damage being obvious. I am writing this complaint to warn other customers and to request that Delta Sonic take responsibility for the damage and provide fair compensation. I hope the management will contact me to resolve this issue in a professional and respectful manner. This was a very disappointing experience, and I do not recommend this car wash unless accountability and service quality are improved.

Even though I purchased the highest-priced car wash the exterior of my red SUV was still dirty. I thought the chassis was stained for good, but I got it shining with some soapy water and a microfiber cloth. While the wash did do well with my tires and hubcaps, it's just not nearly worth the price. Sorry, DeltaSonic.
