Buffalo Mobile Mechanic

My daughter was stuck in buffalo and I live in Connecticut. I called and they was there the next day and got the issue resolved. As a father who is always worried about his daughter it was extremely nice knowing theres a company who wont take advantage of people. Price was also great. Definitely will do business with them again!!!

I booked an appointment And nobody showed. I tried to call the number of the website And it went to a voicemail box that was full. Started reading through the reviews and kept seeing responses of “did to Shane,” with a phone number attached so I gave the number a call and spoke with Shane. Found out that they booked their appointments through a third-party and he wasn’t in the area and wouldn’t be until next week. He asked where was gave me the number of a mechanic who was about four blocks away from me. Shane cares about his business. He cares about his reputation. He tries to make right other people’s mistakes. Five out of five stars. A lot of respect for him. If this is how he treated me, I could only Imagine what an excellent job he would do for an actual customer.

A no-call no-show I would not recommend this business to anybody if you can't keep your word what makes you want to work with people that fix your car safety is important and honesty of a mechanic should be a lifestyle am I professional opinion I don't believe they're qualified

Shane did an alternator for me a couple years ago. Solid guy reasonably priced. Ill be calling him again soon.

I’m literally 7months pregnant you come out to my house looked at my car I give you a hundred dollars on a promise that’ll you’ll come back out to fix my car once I receive the part and you block my number. Just know im filling legal complaint or filing a small claim lawsuit and we can take it from there.
