Love this place! My grandfather went here, introduced my mom to them, who then introduced me to them. They are some of the kindest, honest, and upfront mechanics you'll come across with fair prices. They don't try to overcharge or anything like that. They'll take great care of your vehicle and have you out driving in no time!

Cant take my car back because there are just too many things not adding up. Took my car in to have new tires put on few weeks ago (bought tires online), everything went well, I thought. They installed tires, everything seemed to be fine when i picked up the car, but shortly after taking car home I started hearing and feeling a weird clunk/pop from my left front when stopping. I work from home so i dont drive a lot, so its very odd to all of a sudden start experiencing this clunk/pop when stopping, wasnt happening before i had the tires installed. (Yes, I know installing tires shouldnt have anything to do with brakes) Took the car in 2 weeks later to have them take a look, it was the soonest i could make time to get back in. Asked them to take a look and explained what i was experiencing. They say bring it in at 1pm so I do. Pull in to the TIRE LOT (Bens Downtown Tire), go to park my car, broken glass in the lot! Looked like a beer bottle was broken and owners probably didnt see it, im guessing. Doesnt look like I ran over glass but I came close. I go in and tell lady at desk about the glass and she says there was a car accident few days ago, so i say, well it looks like a broken beer bottle and its all over the place. I didnt make a big deal about it as i figured they would clean it up. Proceeded to explain again why i brought the car in just want them to take a look make sure nothing out of the ordinary is going on with brakes. I drop car off, they call me hour and a half later and say I need brakes and rotors. That is a good diagnosis as the car does need pads and rotors. Rotors have been warped for a while (warped rotors dont cause front end clunking), I could tell months ago that I would need new rotors at some point. But thats not the issue i brought the car in for. But they tell me they checked and nothing else is off besides the car needing pads and rotors. I come in to pick up my car and guess where they parked it? Its parked in the lot right next to the broken glass that was there earlier. Broken glass still there, nobody swept it up. I just shake my head and go inside. Have a conversation about findings and they mention, well your tires have dry rot are those new? I say yea they are new, and you installed them 2 weeks ago so thats odd because you never mentioned one single issue during the original tire installation? The only thing that was out of the ordinary on installation day was they couldnt provide a full invoice with work performed because the "printer wasnt working". So now, according to them, my brand new tires have dry rot? Proceed to go outside and look at tires and there's nothing wrong with tire, they cant find any dry rot. So aside from needing pads and rotors they found nothing related to the new front end clunking. Conclusion: Yes, the front-end clunking could be a totally new issue with car (2014 Lexus, its old) and it could be totally coincidental but, no working printer on tire install day, car comes home with new front-end clunking, upon 2nd visit they say tires have 'dry rot' but didnt mention that during tire install, broken glass in a tire lot, which they didnt sweep up after me telling them about it. Just too many little things adding up. I wont take my car there again. There's some good shops out there. Why deal with a shop that has no attention to detail. I'm giving a 3 star review because it is possible this new issue has nothing to do with the shop, though im not convinced it wasnt. Broken glass in a tire shop parking lot, and not cleaning it after being alerted to its presence is just bad though. Also, trying to shift blame to brand new (expensive, top rated tires) is wack. The tires conveniently had 'dry rot' when i took the car back to be looked at but not one peep about ANY issues with tires on installation day? Very sus.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I've been utilizing their services for years and you won't find a nicer group of people. Their work is spectacular and they don't nickel and dome you, only charge a reasonable price for the services they perform.

Our rental had a flat on the way to the US. Called Ben, he took us in immediately, patched our flat. Excellent service. We weren’t there more than 20 minutes.
