Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

A few months ago I found this place by trying to find a place to inspect my car. I had my car inspected here, and the team was very understanding. I never felt pressured or pushed into unnecessary services, which I really appreciated. Fast forward to recently, when I noticed a strange noise coming from my car. This was the first shop I called, and they were able to get me in right away. Not only did they quickly diagnose the issue, but they also had my car repaired the same day. They even went the extra mile by calling around to locate the part they needed. Their prices are reasonable, and they kept me informed throughout the entire process which I appreciate. The staff was professional, helpful, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them for any of your automotive needs! 🤗 Thank you guys!!!!

Unbelievable customer service. Jeff, the store manager went out of his way to make replacing my two rear tires seamless and easy. He explained everything to me, was patient, and got the job done fast. Jeff was extremely professional, kind, and the reason I will be recommending this place to all my friends and family.

I had such a great experience at Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers on West Henrietta rd. From the moment I called to walking in, everyone was kind, respectful, and really took their time with me. They were extremely thorough—explaining everything that was going on with my car and even showing me, which made me feel so much more comfortable and confident about the money I was spending. As a young woman, I’ve been to quite a few auto shops around Rochester where I felt dismissed or felt like people assumed I was naive when it came to knowing anything about a car. That was NOT the case here at all. They treated me with honesty and respect, and I truly appreciated that. The shop was also calm and not busy, which made the whole experience feel even more relaxed and personal. I previously went to the Irondequoit location and had a completely different experience—So I’m really thankful I found this location. Mr. Tire should be very proud of all the gentlemen he has working at this location. Their professionalism and kindness really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for trustworthy, thorough service!

Friendly staff. Recommended decent place for lunch while we were getting new tires. Knowledgeable counter associate. Could see car and didn't understand why the mechanic sat in the car for 5 minutes before moving it into the open bay. Then to change two front tires why have the car ok the lift all the way up so the car was 4 or 5 feet off the ground? Then upon getting the car out of the bay the mechanic took it for a test drive? Now the car pulls to the right whereas it didn't before. Maybe due to new tires? Hard to trust people these days.

I had just left another Monroe muffler shop to get a an exhaust estimate left there and headed to Henrietta, which was quite a distance away and a check engine light came on and said charging system check with a picture of my battery. I lost complete steering could not do anything pulled into this location in front of their doors. Doug, who was on duty at the time came right out checked everything out for me said he would get it on the lift ended up being the belt tensioner had completely gone in my car they quickly and even though it was an hour and a half or so quickly resolved the issue they were super friendly. The branch manager was amazing all of them super friendly just reacted quickly and got me on my way. I would recommend this location to anybody. I feel they did treat me honestly fairly and again with very huge amounts of compassion and friendliness couldn’t have asked for a better location to break down
