Made our rainy day brighter. Their entire staff was extremely friendly and supportive. We arrived late on a rainy night and they were very generous to hold our Jet ski over night. Joe gave plenty of helpful tips on camping with a Jet ski. They made our weekend 100x better.

Only used ramp to put a jet ski in and out, nice gradual ramp with staff to help you. Able to purchase Lake George registration sticker here. Long line but they did let us go ahead since most were there waiting for parking to open before they could put their boat in. We didn’t need to park there. Some of the staff were very nice, but others were very rude, which would make me pause about going here again.

Friendly staff who were plesant and made sure my family had a good experience launching and retrieving before and after our island camping trip. Parking was a bit pricy but isnt everything with boating. Perfect location for easy access to the Northway and the islands.

25 years of patronizing this marina. Today, I'm evicted from this establishment because a young staffer lied and said I cursed at her! I DID NOT! I did however say "she didn't know what she was doing" SHE LIED AND TOLD THE OWNER I CURSED AT HER AND HAD HER YOUNG FRIEND BACK THAT LIE UP!! The fact is she is physically incapable of re-trailering a vessel. And not careful. The truth hurts but she had already twice caused damage to our brand new jet skis. Neither time did I complain in spite of it costing me $1400.00 in repairs. The morale of the staff here has gotten progressively worse too. Staffers barking at customers and even sniping each other behind their backs. All of this, after being very cooperative and making sure to tip the staffers who actually were a big help to us. The management needs to take a closer look at how chaotic their methods have become. Another marina said it perfectly. "Sadly, it's time for a chance. Peace, from a long and loyal former customer.
