Carstar Elma location was recommended. The service was excellent. The staff were courteous. My estimate and repair were done efficiently and I was notified that my car was completed days earlier than originally thought. The drop off and pick up couldn't have been easier. Great service, my car looks like new!

The detailing was a wonderful surprise & lifted my spirits. Entering a shiny, clean car after the anxiety of collision was a wonderful touch! Hope to not need their services anytime soon, but happy to recommend them to anyone that does!

They made everything very convenient with transport to shuttle, communication with insurance company and me, work was wonderful and they even cleaned it inside upon return. Will use them again - Elma location, wonderful staff.
