Carstar Elma location was recommended. The service was excellent. The staff were courteous. My estimate and repair were done efficiently and I was notified that my car was completed days earlier than originally thought. The drop off and pick up couldn't have been easier. Great service, my car looks like new!

Really great work! This was an insurance claim—they walked me through protocol, had excellent communication and were patient with questions. Then they handled the rest. The detailing was a wonderful surprise & lifted my spirits. Entering a shiny, clean car after the anxiety of collision was a wonderful touch! Hope to not need their services anytime soon, but happy to recommend them to anyone that does!

Had front end damage repair done. I was told what needed to be done and how long until it would be ready. On the date that I was told the work would be done on, I got the call that it was all set. Work was completed on time and looks great!

I needed body work for rear bumper and panel when my car was hit. They made everything very convenient with transport to shuttle, communication with insurance company and me, work was wonderful and they even cleaned it inside upon return. Will use them again - Elma location, wonderful staff.
