DO NOT HESITATE TO GO. I took both of my vehicles to the 420 Olean Rd location in East Aurora for undercoating to be done. 10/10 would recommend. Extremely impressed. They went above and beyond throughly coating my vehicles! Hard to come by a shop that takes extra care like this one

I have taken several cars to Bartsch’s over the years and have always been impressed with the professionalism, expertise, honesty, and punctuality of Ron, Daryl, and the entire team. Bartsch’s is a real asset to our community, and I appreciate knowing my cars are always in capable, trustworthy hands.

I hit a dead deer in middle of road and had an awful noise under my car. I had it towed to Bob at Bartsch’s and he made my day!!! He fixed it after putting up on a lift and correcting the problem and gave me my car back, free of charge. I’ve never had such honesty and professionalism! They have my business from now on and all my friends and family I can send his way! 💕

I do not recommend this shop for rust proofing. The job this shop did on my car was so bad that my boyfriend (a mechanic) called someone else as soon as he saw it to have it redone. Specifics: my car had the front clip replaced this spring due to a deer hit. The metal throughout the clip - front and fenders was absent any coating. While my guy did see spray underneath, there are plugs that apparently should be removed and coating in the rocker panels which were also void of any. This job was sloppy, hit or miss, and I am assuming they were power washing my car after to cover up how hastily and sloppy everything was. I

When I have a repair that I don't want the dealership to pick my pocket for, I take it to Bartsch's. Always honest, very well priced, and looking to work with what you need to get by. They are incredibly friendly and do thorough work. You get the sense that they genuinely care about their customers and the work they do. One example....I had a rot in the exhaust. The dealership wanted to replace the entire system for ~$2k. Bartsch welded in a new piece for $100. They're honest.
