Simmons-Rockwell Nissan Service

I made a terrible mistake and drove home at night on a flat tire after running into a ditch that I swear I didn’t know was flat. . I thought it was thrown out of alignment. It was picked up and taken there to be fixed . Told me I had to buy 4 new tires (which suck) instead of replacing only 2, did repairs on it and charged me a large sum for all of it. It does not drive safe . Scares me to go above 55 as car drifts, tires hit bumps and throws the car making it scary and very uncomfortable and underneath the bumper there is still grass from the ditch . In my opinion it’s more about the money than making it safe for me to drive. . Not sure I will ever lease from them again. So disappointed and sad. I know I made a mistake but to throw me away when I have been dealing with them for a long time and never in all that time have I had an accident or a flat tire . My opinion you need repairs be careful as they think less of you and more about your pocketbook.

Very fast service department and easiest car I've ever bought through their sales department.

This was my first service experience since we purchased our Pathfinder almost a year ago. The check engine light had come on, and we made an appointment to come in. The mechanic "concluded" that "the VTC control module was probably cracked, from the accident I had 7 months ago." They did not investigate further to see if this was the issue, but said it was not covered under warranty and then charged us for this speculation of a diagnosis. We went to the place that had fixed our damage from that accident, and they said it might not have been from the accident but was very willing to help. We brought it back to this place today, and they took pictures and spoke with us with the respect and kindness we didn't experience at Rockwell. Plus, they charged us nothing! If they determine it's not from the accident, I will try to contact another Nissan service center for guidance. Not just because I felt I was taken advantage of for getting a bill for a car that still has 26 months worth of warranty left, but they're estimate for that particular part was over $200 more then what you can get online at a Nissan parts warehouse. A 33% markup! They made it very clear that this was only for the part and not for their labor. I will not only take my business elsewhere, but I would certainly not recommend this location to anyone. Hopefully, investing in a Nissan vehicle wasn't a complete mistake.

Simmons -Rockwell is an answer to my prayer In my line of work, I do a lot of driving so want a car I can rely on, especially since I drive at times through remote places in rural areas. I lease my car, and regularly I bring it to the shop to have tires rotated, oil checked and any concerns I may have are checked out. So I always leave feeling safe and secure in my vehicle... thanks to the good people of Simmons -Rockwell. God bless us all and keep us safe in our travels 🙏🙏🙏

Service manager was rude and condescending. She accused us of trying to defraud our warranty, and "I am not going to jail for you," when all we asked was for the window in our car to be fixed correctly. It was not repaired!
