Simmons Rockwell Express Lube

I rarely make reviews, but this had to be the most disappointing experience. I’ve had in 10 years as a customer- the manager there argued with me about everything to the point that I literally walked out mid conversation and then I had to circle back around because the employees didn’t put my heat shield on correctly and it was dragging down the street. There was no apology nothing. Extremely dissatisfied with the experience today. I’ve had my car for 10 years. I don’t think your manager who’s never owned my car should be telling me what I do and don’t know about my OWN vehicle. I will be taking my vehicles somewhere else

Oil change quick and fast. Employee very professional, polite and friendly

Young man at the desk could barely say hello, just kinda stared at me and finally ask what I wanted. The actual service was good, and they gave my floor mats a quick vacuuming. Price was reasonable .

I have been to this location a handful of times with my company truck. I am a DIY guy with my own vehicles, this location always provides fast service. No BS upsells just right to business and only recommend services that are needed. I recommend this facility to everyone that does not work on their own vehicles. Keep up the great service!!
