My wife asked for regular oil, not synthetic but they used synthetic and charged over $100. Who the heck charges for labor for oil change?

don't trust this people they are thieves, my boyfriend took his car for inspection first they told my boyfriend to run the car for 40 miles after he said to run the car more than 100 miles ( by saying run the car 40miles more 30miles more) that he said he need to do some changes I don't remember specific what but we have proof. My boyfriend spend more than $2000 and they did not do the job right. we went somewhere else and inspection past right away.
