Mike and his team were incredibly helpful, honest, and professional from start to finish. The pricing was very fair and transparent — no hidden fees, no surprises. Mike took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. My car is running perfectly now. This is hands down the best auto repair shop in the Hicksville area. Honest, reliable, and experienced shop. Constantly bring my car here for anything I can’t do myself. Price is always perfect. If you bring the parts you need, they are more than happy to install it for you. They take care of my inspections as well, always quick service and turnaround. They also have a drop box for anyone who cannot drop their car off between normal business hours. Very informative, and the only people I will use going forward. Great job to the entire team for making the process simple. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a long term mechanic.

Brought my car in for an oil change at 9:15am, didn’t start the oil change till 12:05pm, finished it at 12:30. Charged over $100. Save your time and money and go to the Valvoline down the road. And if you don’t wanna go to a “quick lube” place like the owner wrote back, go over to Stacks Auto, $68. Hope this helps!

If you are Looking for an honest and expert repair center, this place is a no brainer. Pricing is on the high side, with an upcharge for credit card payment. However, work was done professionally and promptly.

Had Mike look at our daughter’s 2016 car. It Had some issues. He repaired the necessary work at a very reasonable price and quick turnaround time. Car is great!! Very hard to find a trustworthy and honest mechanic. Highly recommend Mike’s auto repair!!!
