I was initially recommended to Levittown Ford Service Center through a friend. After being disappointed with my last service center, I was hoping this would be a better alternative—and overall, it was. I was referred to Service Advisor Derek P. for an oil change (“The Works”), some exhaust troubleshooting, and a front differential service. Throughout our interactions, he was knowledgeable, attentive, and accurately captured my concerns and requests. His communication during the process was above average, and he was honest about the services I was looking for. From drop-off to pickup the total time was about three hours, which felt reasonable for the work involved. The facility itself was clean and organized, with a good selection of snacks and drinks for customers waiting. The waiting area was comfortably sized, with hightop tables, cushioned chairs, and adequate rest areas. Pricing also seemed fair compared to other local options, and they regularly offer service coupons that help bring the cost down. My only criticism came after the service, when I noticed that my coolant reservoir hadn’t been topped off—something included in “The Works” package—and there was some oil spillage around the oil fill port. I brought this to Derek’s attention, and he was apologetic and offered to have it corrected at my earliest convenience. Overall, my experience at Levittown Ford Service Center was above average, and despite the small oversight, I would still recommend this location for future repairs.

My service representative Tonia Clarke was the most amazing, professional and sweetest person I have had the pleasure of doing business with. She not only made time for me and my busy schedule, but she also went out of her way to help me with all of my questions and concerns. My vehicle was expertly cared for and taken care of at the Levittown service center and I recommend her and the seri d center to anyone looking to service their Ford Vehicle. Thank you!

DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP! ! I have no better way to describe this service center other than TERRIBLE! I have had 2 separate absolutely terrible experiences here. Last summer they had my car for over 62 days and I had to bring it back right after to fix forgotten nuts and other parts to be reinstalled. Also turns out the tires they installed also went bad within 2 months. Now a year later my transmission goes (6 year old car and only 70,000 miles) and I have no choice but to go back. They assured me this time would be different well it wasn’t. They quickly took my 9 grand but never explained things, communication was terrible, they told me 2 weeks it was over a month. Had to trade in a loaner twice and yet again bring my car back after pick up. I’m sorry but when you tell a customer pay first before you can see your car that just screams inconsideration and poor service. Conveniently no one ever answers the phone or can provide explanations and a manager is never available. Although I will never buy Ford again due to my car having so many issues, this dealership is really the icing on the cake as to why no one should buy Ford. I’ve complained to corporate and VIP and clearly a year later nothing has changed. I will keep complaining and posting so others don’t go through the undue stress my family has endured for months due to Levitttown Ford.

Very disappointing to say the least. They left my truck incomplete and in pieces. The wheel well was not fasten back. The attached bracket on the back of my back window was left disconnected and wires dangled. I went back on the Monday and the technician still placed my wheel well incorrectly. Spent a total of 6 hours on Saturday and 3 hours on Sunday to replace a disconnected hose for my windshield washer. I was charged over $400 to reconnect a hose and had a warranty which they said this did not cover. Not sure why it was not covered but I paid and was not treated properly as the pictures will show

I had a very disappointing experience with the service department at Levittown Ford and would not recommend them. I took my car in for routine maintenance, including an oil change and tire rotation. After being told the service was completed, I checked my vehicle before paying and noticed that the tire rotation had not been done. When I asked about it, I was initially told that the tires had been rotated. However, after I pointed out the issue, they took the car back and completed the rotation only after I caught the mistake. This raises serious concerns about their service practices, as it appeared they were prepared to charge for work that had not actually been performed. I also requested video proof of the services done on my car. They told me their camera system was “not loading.” I asked them to email or send the video later, which they agreed but despite repeated reminders, they never provided anything. In total, I paid nearly $500 for an oil change, tire rotation, and a fuel injector cleaning (which was recommended during the visit). I’ve been a loyal customer and have followed all service recommendations, even though my vehicle has only been driven about 14,000 miles over the past six years. Had they been transparent and provided proof of the work, I may have considered returning. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be going back. I strongly advise others to double-check any work performed on their vehicle and reconsider using this service center.
