Great communication, very timely, and professional. Visiting the area, during extreme heat conditions, when the AC went out on our truck and we had thousands of miles to travel to get home. We needed to get the AC repaired. Jessica and the team at For Kids, including the mascot dog, did an outstanding job not only in repairing our truck, they were also able to get us in that week and maintain clear communication throughout the process. We made it back home safely with nice cool AC.

PRICE GOUGERS! They towed me about a mile on a Friday evening at 7:30 PM. They weren't open until Monday. When I went there, they refused to give me anything until I paid $666.00. They said it was for the tow and $80.00 a day storage. You can park your car in New York City in a guarded garage for $38.00 a day. I refused and walked away. Use Jordon at J. And R. Towing in Wellsville. He's an honest guy.

PLEASE do not take your cars to this shop. My vehicle was there for 5 months after my insurance had already paid to get it fixed, and they kept putting it on back burner cause the already had the money. The secretary repeatedly lied to me and told me often my car was going to get fixed next. In the end they didn't fix what they said they did for the most part and they lost my engine coverage on top of it then denied it. Honest truth here

The ONLY place I trust in NY state to be honest and fair. They are also so kind and really went above and beyond, especially during the time when COVID had impacted families as well as small businesses. So, they could have, and probably should have watched out for themselves first...but over the two days I was there, I watched as many of their regular customers and new ones came in, nervous or scared, and they treated each and everyone with the same care and respect as they would their own family; trying to help them or fit them in and reassuring everyone, and doing whatever they could despite the circumstances we were all in. Also, my car is still working wonderfully and they gave me a plan on what to do next when I could and how to keep her going a bit longer so she could make it through. Thank you!!!! I'll be back for sure for any car repairs or when I'm ready to buy a car. (I should have bought from you when I moved here)

As a first time customer who was referred by others, my experience was very good, minus an additional car repair I wasn't expecting. Met Harold, who personally scheduled my car repair and then delivered everything he said he would and on time. Nothing more and nothing less. Thank you. I'll be back, just hopefully not soon!
