Absolutely ridiculous to employ a person with no communication skills. I get some paperwork may not be exactly correct, but isn’t that what your paid to do? If not at least have people skills to be able to communicate what is needed. Not just kick back in your chair and say that ain’t going to work while you chomp on your gum. And you wonder why the DMV has a bad reputation.

Extremely long lines... Literally out the door. But, there were five people behind the desk and they were really competent and the line went a lot faster than I thought.

Called 10 minutes before they close with a quick question..waited on the phone for almost 8 minutes for someone to finally pick it up and hang up right away?! How rude and unprofessional!!

My experience today was good. I got my application for my Enhanced License in. So, I can fly next month for Thanksgiving.

I’m not joking in the slightest ! From the moment you walked into the building it’s a much easier and helpful dmv to go to and conduct business . I started at Olean dmv and was treated like complete garbage by the lady in the dmv . The older one that’s crabby with everything . There’s a younger lady with black hair there if you’re going there try and get her . Also went to Delevan and same thing treated like crap . Allegany dmv is where I’ll be conducting my business for now on even though is a bit more of a drive . Allegany dmv thank you for helping figure out my issues ! Keep the great customer services up !I hope this review helps someone !
