The team at PRATOW goes above & beyond! I was instantly put at ease when I met with Brian after a stressful situation and was well taken care of from beginning to end. It was my first time being in an accident and they held my hand through it all, helping explain every step of the way and making sure I was updated on the progress throughout. They are true professionals but also genuinely kind people who care. A wonderful business!

This was the most unprofessional towing company I’ve ever worked with. They took my card information, but misswrote it, and then found the place of work of myself and my partner. They threatened and said that we provided faulty card information, when they just incorrectly wrote down the expiration date information. Every time I tried to talk to them, the woman was loud, aggressive and argumentative. They tried to charge multiple amounts, not the original price that they charged on the scene. They’ve already had multiple complaints with the police. Never use this unprofessional company.

I came up from Long Island to work on a joint project with PRATOW to do some welding work on a tractor trailer... PRATOW staff was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and hospitable. Real pleasure to deal with.

Pratow responded immediately to my call to pull my car from a snow bank the day after the recent big snowstorm. They sent a flat bed & used the cable to pull me back on the road. Wasa a pleasure dealing with them, & I highly recommend.
