I rarely write online reviews, but I feel like North State Custom truly deserves one. Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. They were extremely responsive, kept me updated, and completed the repairs on my car incredibly fast, just four days. I first brought my Volvo in so they could assess the damage. They told me they’d call once the parts arrived, and to my surprise, I got a call the very next day. When I dropped the car off, they arranged for the rental company to pick me up right from their shop, which made everything effortless. The repair work itself was flawless. I had bumper damage, and they restored it perfectly, you’d never know anything happened. They were highly recommended by my Volvo dealer, and now I can clearly see why. Frank was great throughout the entire process. Hopefully I won’t need body work again anytime soon, but if I ever do, I’m coming straight back to North State Custom.

I could not be happier with my experience at North State Custom. They replaced the hood and windshield on my 2026 Tesla Model Y, and the quality of their work is truly outstanding. They use original Tesla parts, and the results look flawless. The car looks like it just came from the factory. Neil, Marisa, and the rest of the team were amazing to work with. Their communication, attention to detail, and commitment to getting everything perfect made the entire process smooth and stress free. They kept me updated throughout the repair and showed how much pride they take in their work. If you need collision repair or Tesla work, this is the place to go. A true five star experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was in a fender bender on Valentine’s Day this year and I was honestly pretty distraught when it happened. Even though the people in the other car were incredibly kind and understanding, I was still very shaken up. What could have been a stressful and overwhelming experience turned out to be surprisingly smooth thanks to the amazing people who helped me along the way. Ty at GEICO was so patient and reassuring, and he made the insurance side of things easy to navigate. I was then connected with Frank and the team at North State Custom and they were absolutely fantastic. Frank was professional, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire repair process. The communication was excellent and they made everything feel simple and seamless. Having your car repaired after an accident can be stressful, but the team at North State Custom in Bedford Hills truly made the experience so much easier. I’m incredibly grateful for their professionalism and care. If you’re looking for a trustworthy auto body shop in the Bedford Hills area, I highly recommend North State Custom. The best body shop in the state.. these guys are certified by every manufacturer and to have the Audi , BMW, and Mercedes certs are elite.. these guys know their stuff. Extremely responsive and well respected and smart and detailed. Very close attention to details

I have brought my Tesla Model 3 a couple of months back for collision repair. To be honest, I was scared of bringing my vehicle to a unfamiliar area since I live in Danbury CT. Especially with Tesla vehicles, not many shops repair Tesla vehicles. However, North state customs did an amazing job repairing my vehicle. Avi did an amazing job coordinating my vehicle repair and keeping me informed on what needs to be done and why it needs to be repaired. I would recommend to any Tesla vehicles that needs repairing. They know how to handle these vehicles
