Mt. Kisco Honda Service Department

I came to Mt. Kisco Honda to service my car and to get an inspection. Unfortunately, it was not a pleasant visit. I went back and got the service done that was not done the first time. As the Guest Services Manager at a highly respected foundation, customer service is of the utmost importance to me. This time around, I was taken care by Iliana, who gave phenomenal service to me. She was very understanding, showed empathy, and made things right. She is an excellent Service Advisor and is someone to count on!

Got charged for tire and wheel rebalance + tire rotation. I still had my vibrations, went to a third party tire shop just to find out that all the weight balances are old and rusted, one of the wheels didn’t even had a weight! Escalated to the manager Bill Carlucci, never responded after 1 email! Highly not recommending this location!

The only reason we’re giving 2 stars here is for the drive to work I was given. I paid $200 for diagnostics that my grandma could have given me (or my local auto shop). Then, nothing was covered under my warranty even though they said it was likely going to be covered given what I told them over the phone. I declined all repairs that they recommended I do, they cleared the codes, and I have driven it another 8000 miles and no codes have been given since. I literally paid $200 to clear my codes which I can do at home. Awful experience.

Two hours for a lousy oil change, and this is with an appointment. Never again. Price was right and the service itself was great.

Good location near shops and within walking distance to the long-standing Bedford Diner is a plus. Service was good. Came for an oil change and multi-point inspection and they went over additional services that will be done in the future. Everything took about 1.5 hours. Only downside is they don’t include a wash which every other Honda Service Center that I’ve taken my vehicle to does.
