I had my 2020 truck repaired by GoodFellas after a tree fell causing significant damage. Joe and his team were outstanding. They kept me informed throughout the process and the truck looks incredible- brand new. They repaired what I considered to be unfixable- all with original dealer parts. Hitting a large stone on a local road last December, I damaged the steering rack in my 2018 530ix BMW. The rack assembly had to be removed and replaced and recalibrated to BMW specifications. Additionally, a wheel alignment was done as were balancing of the front wheels. The work was done eight months ago and expertly done. From the first day I got my car back until now my steering and handling are perfect. I can’t thank Giovanni enough. He handled the repair and insurance matters very professionally. He made me feel at ease throughout the entire repair process. It is rare to find such professional service these days so I am extremely grateful to him and everyone at Good Fellas!
