would give a 0 if possible - Absolute worst service in the world. I called this biz and was ASKED to call back the follwing day. then some employee hung up on me three times. Not sure where the miscommunication was. I would recomened never trying to get in contact with a desision maker here. waste of time and money. *update* one month later - tried calling again and was laughed at and then hun up on. Wont be wasting my time on a 3rd attempt

I was referred to German Ingenuity by a local mechanic that mentioned they perform work on diesel BMWs. My car had an issue with the fuel injectors and manifold as there was significant carbon build up. I did a review to see what the estimated cost to replace the fuel injectors and their quote was in reason given the additional work on the manifold and carbon clean up. I did ask at the outset that if the repair was going to be to expensive to let me know and I may consider other options. After I heard the estimate I did agree to proceed with the repairs. The repairs did end up costing me more than they had originally quoted me. I was disappointed in the updated cost as I had agreed to complete the repairs based on the original quote. I did get a chance to speak with the owner who did apologize. He stands behind the work of his team which I do appreciate.

A great independent shop with people you can trust - I took my older BMW here from the city a few months back when I needed a real diagnosis and CJ and the crew were great.

Dante and CJ are amazing, both of them being former BMW mechanics they strive to hold the same high standards at their shop here. They're honest working fair prices make them a must go if you have a BMW that is off warranty and needs any kind of service. I live in New York City and I make the 45 minute drive to their shop every time I need service done on my car.

Professional, excellent communication, prices are reasonable - I have a Mini Cooper that needed an alignment but the T-rods were frozen. They knew exactly what was needed and did a terrific job!
