The folks at ethos were the saving grace, and the silver lining or rather in the case of my car, the red trim in an otherwise time consuming challenge of having State Farm ensure the repair of the damage they were liable for to my vehicle. I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Ethos Body Shop! My van was badly damaged in the rear by a skid steer—busted door, window, bumper, body panel, and various plastic pieces. After a long and frustrating insurance process, they really went to bat for me when the adjuster came to assess the damage, making sure that everything was taken care of and fixed properly. They were accommodating with my schedule and ordered a special part I requested without any hassle. Work kicked off as soon as we got the insurance approval and wrapped up as quickly as I could hope for. The final result was flawless and you’d never know there was ever any damage to the vehicle.
