NORTHSIDE COLLISION BALDWINSVILLE

Wonderful people and top notch service. My car is beautiful again. I had front end damage and it looks like it never happened. I would definitely recommend Northside collision!

My vehicle was hit in a parking lot and ended up at Northside Baldwinsville for repairs. The repair was done much quicker than originally quoted; there was a minor hiccup with a headlight buff that Kevin was super cool about and took care of on the spot when I returned to inquire, which is my main reason for leaving this review. Kevin is a solid employee. All in all, the repair looks good and the job was done quickly. I took off a star because of a couple minor things throughout the process, but if you look at the amount of reviews these guys get and the average being 4.7 at the time of writing, it seems like this place is pretty consistently solid.

The shop did a great job of repairing my car after a collision. Gave multiple status updates along the way on progress and customer service was great. Finally the quality of the repairs is top notch and looks like a brand new car.

The craftmanship and professionalism of the team was unparalleled! They made a frustrating situation very easy to deal with. Kudos to the Northside Collision Baldwinsville team!

Not a great experience with this collision shop! Be extra careful on who you let fix your vehicle. I had a small fender bender that took over 2 months for this shop to fix. When I received the vehicle back, it did not drive normally. My wheel alignment was off pretty badly and my car was sputtering when I would give it gas. I brought it back to Matt the manager of this shop. They kept the car for another week and said they fixed the wheel alignment and they ran a diagnosis on my vehicle and nothing showed up. I was dumbfounded, only because I know my vehicle and there was something obviously wrong with it. Matt referred me to noticing that my vehicle had 50k miles on it. I was furious that he would try and blame this on my mileage. He told me that I could bring it to another shop and get a second opinion. I did just that and brought it to Julio at Goodyear in B'Ville. Julio told me that nothing was coming up under the diagnostics check, but said that he knows something is wrong, just like I know something was wrong. He also informed me that the collision shop had put a new tire on my vehicle and did not do the same to the other front tire, which was causing the wheel alignment problem. I called Matt back at Northside Collision multiple times and left multiple voicemails, he never got back to me. Matt was simply sweeping my problem under the carpet and wanted nothing to do with it. Very unprofessional! The other day, I was driving to work and my vehicle was sputtering like usual since getting my vehicle back. Only difference, this time the vehicle would not go over 20 miles an hour. I pulled over and opened the hood. This is when I noticed that the engine cover that must be at least 3 feet in length was wedged vertically along the inside front of my vehicle against the fan. I was shocked non the less to see this. It took me a few minutes to get it out from under the hood. This is what was causing the problem the whole entire time!! I have attached a picture of what was causing the whole problem. I called Northside Collision after finding all this out, and surprisingly I was able to talk to Matt and let him know what I found. Do you believe that this guy try to blame it on the shop that had done my last oil change. This guys is unbelievable!!! PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS ON WHO YOU LET FIX YOUR VEHICLE!!!
