Cole Muffler & Brake

This past weekend, I stopped by Cole Muffler in Baldwinsville for help with my gas tank, which is always stuck. Normally, I can manage to get it open, but this time, it wouldn’t budge. I had no appointment and arrived just an hour before closing, yet the staff welcomed me without hesitation. A friendly gentleman at the front desk immediately offered to help, and thanks to him, I can now open my gas tank door with no issues! When I offered to pay for his time, he kindly refused. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and generosity I experienced. If you’re looking for quality service in a friendly, helpful atmosphere, I highly recommend Cole Muffler in Baldwinsville—5 stars all around! Thank you again!

My muffler snapped off in one spot on my car mid-drive. Not only was this shop the only place willing to take my car in at the last minute but they did a great job repairing the issue. Staff were super friendly on top of it. Highly recommend taking your car there.

Flat tire needed to be addressed and couldn’t get anyone close to put truck in air, remove tire, investigate problem, and send me on my way. Problem was a cracked rim so they tossed the spare on to enable me to have functioning truck until I could source new rim. Couldn’t have been nicer and charged me zero to help me out.

I’ve been coming to this location for over two years with our two cars and never had an issue and they don’t nickel and dime you. I’ve been here for oil changes, mufflers, shocks, etc. John the manager is helpful and always friendly.

These guys have been helping me out for years. Never any problems with service and they even find extras that they’ve fixed free of charge while doing quoted work. Open weekends, pricing great. I take my vehicles to them whenever I can.
