My muffler shield got loose on way home to Canada. We found Chris' shop open on a Sunday; he was clearly busy but fixed the problem within 10 minutes, even thoroughly explained what he did, and we were on our way again. Chris was courteous and very fair. Definitely recommend going to CLI Auto.

Chris has consistently done careful work, as if he was working on something for his own children to drive. He is very very affordable.

I got a check engine indicator light while in Ellicottville. Drove a few miles out to CLI on a Saturday afternoon after skiing. They did a diagnostic on the spot and sorted it for me. Great service. Also a cute puppy to play with.

CLI Automotive in west valley NY always provides excellent service. Always polite always friendly and excellent prices. Service done today was rotors, calipers and a license plate light. Would definitely recommend to others. They will even pick up your vehicle while you are at work. (Within reasonable distance) . I have been bringing my vehicles there for more then a few years. I was on a road trip had a flat with no good spare tire. I arrived at CLI a few minutes before they opened. Staff were clearly busy. Stopped what they were doing to get me back on the road. Fast, very friendly. Great customer service. Highly recommended!!!
