Would not recommend honestly. They don’t care about your vehicle and are very rude on the phone. I brought my vehicle there and came back still broken while paying for not being fixed right and they wouldn’t take it back for a refund.

My truck broke, they got me in as soon as the parts came in and got it done very quickly for a great price. Next time I need anything done with my truck, they will be the first place I call.

Paid close to 10k for new tranni. Told me the trani itself was close to 8k in parts. Talked the the dealer of the transmission company was less than 5k total. Truck was completed and once picked up leaked transmission fluid every where. Called him back to fix it and he said he did but still leaks fluids. Don't go to joe.

Overall worst experience I’ve had as far as backing up work and customer service, one of the nastiest encounters I’ve had with anyone in the industry, needed a 48re rebuilt and was told to go all out if I wanted to have warranty held on it, after months of no responses I was told the truck was done, it made it the hour and a half drive home and then back to the shop it went after it would no longer move, then again it sat for another month or more with no responses and I went to go pick it up again and this time it lasted for about a week and a half until the same thing happened again, I took it back for the third and final time when it sat for months, I kept getting told it was going to get worked on and it was getting pushed off more and more until I was no longer able to get in contact, the last and final time I was in contact he told me to pick it up and he wasn’t working on it, he was not able to complete a the job and did not hold up to the warrenty so I was left back at square one and put 9k, through the whole experience I never got called back when trying to reach out and little to no texts back and when I did it was if he was being bothered and was disrespectful on all different levels, I would never recommend this shop to anyone who wants reliable work with warrenty or if your not looking to get screwed over and be out money on an overly priced bill……. Also love that u said that and responded so I have to edit this to respond😂 you offered to give me the money on the parts back but u would take the parts back out of the transmission and still charge me for your rediculous labor charges and then wouldn’t be able to give me back my old valve body because you sent it out as a core so let’s not over exaggerate the “all your money”, not to mention when I came to your shop u would shut the door and hide in the shop so u didn’t have to talk to me

Drop my 2012 ram Cummins off for a transmission replacement Joe the owner was eager to get it done with quick response time but after three weeks communication came to a stop drove down to check on the truck noticed it was sitting in the parking lot completed with a new transmission I asked Joe to keep me updated on the progress which he didn’t ! I wasn’t finally got the truck back right after picking it up I noticed that the torque converter didn’t seem to be locking correctly but just figured The transmission needed to be re-learned after putting on 100 miles the issue still continued I contacted Joe via phone call and text message with very little to no response then today I crawled underneath the truck just to inspect everything and I noticed that I had a broken bolt off my bell housing cover I took a picture and sent it to joe and all I got was excuses I expressed my issues again with the torque converter and he told me to take it to the dealership to have it looked at I have all the text messages from our conversation I feel like a professional mechanic would make sure his customer was satisfied and his work was completed which neither one was completed! this is my experience I will not be a return customer I may only be only one customer but this review hopefully saves somebody the headache of what I’m experiencing!
