I cannot say enough good things about this place. It might sound like hyperbole, but I cannot imagine that there is a more honest shop around. Patrick upfront and Jazz the master tech are awesome. I drove back up to Buffalo to visit my parents and had the check engine light come on after an oil change in Maryland before the round trip. Patrick got me in to diagnose the problem before our planned return to Maryland. Jazz found the issue quickly. The fix was quite simple, and they got me fixed up and on the road at such a reasonable price. They are honest and straight forward to deal with. You can definitely trust them to treat you and your vehicle right. I give them the highest recommendation. Also, side note. Their waiting/office area is very clean and organized. Very comfortable to wait there if you need to.

A small knowledgeable team with excellent customer orientation and well honed, goal oriented communication. They diagnosed and showed me my car’s ac problem, proposed and priced the solution. Highly recommend Scruggs Automotive Repair on Transit Rd in Williamsville. Patrick and Isabelle are both fantastic — professional, honest, friendly, and always keep you informed without pushing unnecessary work. Great customer service, fair pricing, and overall a trustworthy place for auto care. Definitely one of the better shops in the area.

We found Scruggs when we first moved here and needed an emissions test. I was so impressed by the way they treated us, they were so kind and fair. Through all the other oil changes and repairs we have had there, they have been extremely honest about what we needed to get done (and what we could put off for a bit), fair in price, excellent at communicating with us and easy to talk to. Car repairs are so stressful and to have a repair shop nearby that we trust alleviates so much of that stress.

Scruggs Auto was amazing with mounting and balancing my tires i purchased through simpletire.com. They also accommodated my NYS inspection and an alignment. Along with providing everything i'd need if I was/ had to do the warranty on my tires. The staff is super friendly and the shop is really easy to get to just a little crowded
