Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers

I brought my car in for it's NYS Inspection & a full synthetic oil change. I was greeted at the desk by a friendly clerk & the mechanic started on my car almost immediately. I sat in the small but clean waiting area & within 30 minutes my car was outside waiting for me. The new sticker on the car windshield & no problems with my car. Their business runs efficiently. I received a discount on services & from start to finish was a pleasant experience. I will be back & I highly recommend this Monro Auto Center.

Matthew Murray was excellent. He was polite and very willing to help. He listened and his customer service was Incredible. Monroe is the third place that I went to because the first two places couldn’t help me. I will never go anywhere else besides Monroe.

I scheduled a tire replacement and balance. I was in and out on time, so no complaints about that. The balance is not perfect — at around 70 mph I can feel a small vibration, but it’s acceptable. The reason for the 4 stars is that the person who drove the car in and out of the shop stepped in with some oil/dust/rust on his shoes and messed up the floor mat. I know it’s a small thing, but I believe more care should be taken with customers’ vehicles.

Every time I've come here for service, it's been a great experience. This particular time, my bonus daughter didn't realize she was driving on unsafe tires so she had made an appt at this location. Paul was so helpful and accommodating through the whole process of getting her tires. I would recommend coming here.

I could not have asked for better service than I got here today. They had me in and out under an hour and it was so easy to book an appointment on line ! Would highly recommend! And regarding the review from Justin below, the tires are not going to look new. They are stored and it's up to you to throw some Armor all on them to get those babies to shine.
