This shop is AMAZING. We had a strange noise coming from our front wheel and anticipated an expensive CV axle repair. They fit us in the day after Christmas so we could get back on the road; after getting the van on the lift, they proceeded to pull out a huge snow marker that had gotten wedged up inside the wheel well. As if that weren’t enough of a Christmas miracle, they didn’t even charge us! They’ve been long-time mechanics for my aunt, and I highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

They were able to give me a ride to my office nearby and pick me up. Very nice service! I got an inspection, front brakes & wipers. 👍

This is the best repair shop I have ever visited before. Great customer service, honest, and do great work. Highly recommend!

Last night my tire popped on the way home from work. Luckily I was able to pull over into a safe spot, which just so happened to be Miranda Auto! It was late, so they were closed, but I called up my roommate to help me get home. We found the spare tire and a small jack in my car and spent the next hour and a half trying to change the tire… in 9 degree weather… with no gloves… and no idea what we are doing. We got the wheel off, then the jack fell. Queue this happening 4 more times. Just as we were about to give up, a truck pulled into the parking lot. A nice man walked out and asked us what was happening. We explained the situation and he said that he actually owned Miranda Auto and that he just came back to the store because he left something there. He went inside, grabbed a (much more efficient) jack, and helped us get the spare tire on…in 9 degree weather.. with no gloves. I am so so so thankful for your help!!! You were so so nice… and I will definitely be bringing my car here in the future. I haven’t gotten anything repaired here yet, but based off of that one interaction alone- I highly recommend this shop. The owner is a very kind and helpful man!!

My car broke down a few days ago. I called Miranda for an appointment and spoke with Michelle. She told me that although there were no appointments available before Monday, I could still get my car towed to the shop sooner. I did and they fixed my car by Friday evening itself. A heater hose fitting needed to be replaced. The service was excellent and reasonably priced. Michelle and Ken even stayed past the closing time to check my car and waited for me to come and pick it up. They were kind and courteous throughout all my interactions with them. I would definitely recommend this place!
