Walmart Auto Care Center

I ordered 235 50 r18. Get the order. 3 of them are 235 50 r 18 an the 4th one is not even close to correct. They dont care, here's a receipt showing that we refunded your money, it will take 7-10 days for your money to come back to you. I have a friend who owns a shop an we have had veichals show up from wal mart where the tire is about to fall off because of one of their "service tech" didnt tighten the lug nuts good enough..strongly suggest finding any where else other than Walmart to go for any thing to do with a veichal.. they really put it to me on this one as im supposed to be on my way to Atlanta for Thanksgiving. Thanks a lot walmart...

I swear to God, you can never get in there. It’s like we just had more walk in so We’re not gonna be able to see you even though they’re open for another 3 1/2 hours till 7 PM. It’s now 430 not even shocker with Walmart though And I was just told to just come over for a tire plug cause they take so long lol

Went to have tires switched from summer to Winter and got lied to that the tires I brought were not permissible at 4 mm and 5 mm, went to a different mechanic who also does NYS Inspections who switched the tires with no issue

They require appointments to even sneeze after COVID. I have never had a Walmart require appointments for oil changes. This defeats the purpose of being convenient while shopping. Guarantee that Take 5 oil change starts eating away at your car care business, and they should. You suck.

An older lady at the counter who wears glasses tried to upsell me on fully synthetic when I asked for other options, After getting the device and looking through options. She started to get upset and asked me why I was exploring other options on the device. After the debacle she then went ahead and said my car can take the oil I inquired about. Very unnecessary and shady .
