Bought a generator and less then a year later a predator 13000 watt quit working and of course the company wont stand behind the product and wont even sell me parts for one. I would never recommend buying a predator generator from harbor freight as they are terrible to deal with and sell junk products and dont stand behind anything.

I bought a pressure washer at an open box special . I thought was a good deal until I I opened it . The wand was missing . . Took back to store . Please manager check out the box to make sure all the parts are there . . . Makes people angry to have to return and travel miles back . Common sense goes a long way ways .
