My husband took our Honda there for an oil change and got so much more checked. Very friendly accommodating staff. Offering a bottle of water was a nice touch. Appreciated being told about the filters and was shocked how bad they were and really appreciated the military discount. Had everything done in less than 15 minutes-no appointment just stopped in. Will definitely go again. Another appreciated service-checked the air in my tires too
View on GoogleWe were heading out for a road trip and I hadn't had a chance to get my oil done. We swung by before we left and everyone was super kind (Wes, Dakota and Michele I believe) they explained everything, mentioned my radiator fluid should get changed soon if I wasn't doing it that day (I asked about it) and I was able to get my air filter changed which it was in desperate need of. I was expecting at least $100+ for everything and it came out to just $70 which was a huge relief. We were skeptical of this place but it was really awesome and we will be back in the future :)

They are great and they explained everything they were doing and kept me updated through the process. They had fun personalities making me feel very confident and comfortable at the garage. This was my first time and I will most definitely be going again.

After having an awful experience at Monroe, I decided to try somewhere new and found Take 5 through Google — I’m so glad I did! Seth took care of me and was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The complimentary water and suckers for the kids were such a thoughtful touch and really show they care about their customers. I will definitely be coming back.
